Saturday G/45 Quads

Today's Saturday G/45 Quads tournament featured several of CCFC's most competitive players in 11 challenging quad sections! Starting in Quad 1, there was a two-way tie for first place! CCFC Members Jack Klein and Jasmine Su tied for first in their section with a score of 2/3 points! In Quad 2, CCFC Member Michael Li narrowly won his section with a score of 2/3 points! Li's only loss was in a round 3 game against NY Player Timothy Ng! This is also Li's second weekly quad win in a row, congrats! In Quad 3, CCFC Member George Bugayev strongly won his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! This is also Bugayev's second weekly quad in a row placing first, well done! In Quad 4, NY Player Elliott Goodrich also strongly won the section with a perfect 3/3 points!

Quad 5 was won by NY Player Noah Gillston! Gillston won the section with a score of 2.5/3 points! This is also Gillston's second ever tournament at CCFC, and first quad victory, congrats! In Quad 6, CCFC Member Kannan Vaidyanathan strongly won his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! This also marks Vaidyanathan's second weekly quad victory in a row! In Quad 7, CT Player Cole Markham won the section with a score of 2.5/3 points! Markham's only draw was in round 3 against CCFC Member Aaron Kotchen.

In Quad 8, CCFC Member Corin Gartenlaub strongly dominated his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points, congratulations! In Quad 9, NY Player Lucas Yang won with a score of 2.5/3 points! Yang's only draw was against Mikhail Bilokin in round 1! Quad 10 was won by CT Player Alex Wang! This is Wang's third USCF rated tournament ever, and his first ever quad victory at CCFC, congratulations! Finally, Quad 11 featured a two-way tie for first between NY Player Divij Dogra and NY Player Leah Chan! Both players ended the tournament with a score of 2.5/3 points. This is also Dogra's first tournament at CCFC of 2021, and Chan's second weekly quad victory in row! Congratulations to these strong players!
