Sunday G/30 Quads

Today's Sunday G/30 Quads tournament featured six highly competitive quads and a bottom swiss section. Starting in Quad 1, there was a two-way tie for first between NJ Players Dennis Li and Gary Leschinsky! Both players ended the tournament with a score of 2/3 points. In Quad 2, CCFC Member Matthew Chan narrowly won his section with a score of 2/3 points! His only loss was against CT Player Allen Dong.

In Quad 3, NY Player Andrew DeMartino definitively won his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! This is also DeMartino's second weekly Sunday Quad tournament win in a row, well done! In Quad 4, CT Player Cole Markham also strongly won his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! Quad 5 was won by CCFC Member Frank Randazzo! He won his section with a score of 2.5/3 points! Randazzo's only draw was in round 3 against CCFC Member Lucio Luini.

In Quad 6, CT Player Tomas Gordon won his section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! This is also Gordon's first ever tournament at CCFC, and his second ever USCF rated tournament, congrats! Finally, in the bottom swiss section, CT Player Matthew Romano strongly won the section with a perfect score of 3/3 points! This is Romano's first ever USCF tournament, well done to our newcomers! In second place, there was a tie between CCFC Members Sebastian Imperati and Sujia Diao. Both ended the tournament with a score of 2/3 points, with their only losses being against Mr. Romano. This is also Sujia's first ever tournament at CCFC, nicely played!
