Friday Night Action

March 30th,

Six players competed in only our second Friday Night Action. Heavy favorite Daniel Lowinger won the tournament with a perfect 3/3. The battle for second place was hotly contested. After a several month absence from the chess scene, David Kniffin returned and won his first two games. CCFC Director Melvin Patrick was only able to catch him after Kniffin lost in the final round to Lowinger. This created a tie for second place between Kniffin and Patrick with 2 points each.

Congratulations to the winners! We are looking forward to seeing everyone again next week!
